Acceptable Use and Abuse Policy
Last Updated • Apr 28, 2026
This policy explains prohibited uses of lol.gl, especially for communications, AI tools, connected accounts, provider APIs, payments, and automation. It is designed to make provider and platform review straightforward.
Prohibited Communications
Users may not use lol.gl email, SMS, phone, AI voice, or agent workflows for spam, phishing, credential theft, impersonation, harassment, threats, illegal marketing, purchased-list outreach, scraped-list outreach, robocall campaigns, caller ID spoofing, or any message that bypasses consent, opt-out, suppression, or rate-limit controls.
Users may not send SMS content that would violate carrier or CTIA expectations, including SHAFT-style content, unlawful goods or services, fraud, deceptive claims, or messages inconsistent with the registered use case.
Prohibited Platform Use
Users may not use lol.gl to violate law, sanctions, export controls, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, payment rules, provider safety policies, marketplace rules, model policies, data access limits, or account review decisions.
Users may not use connected credentials, API keys, payment methods, domains, cloud accounts, storage buckets, communication providers, or model providers unless they are authorized to do so.
Users may not use the service to distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, evade authentication, scrape protected systems, attack infrastructure, generate non-consensual intimate content, exploit minors, or facilitate physical harm.
AI and Automation Safeguards
Agents must remain within user configuration, product permissions, provider terms, spending controls, and human oversight paths where the product requires them. Automation may be rate-limited, paused, or blocked when it creates legal, safety, billing, deliverability, or provider risk.
Users are responsible for prompts, uploaded content, outputs, connected accounts, recipient lists, and instructions they provide to the service. lol.gl may review limited metadata, logs, or content where needed to investigate abuse, enforce this policy, protect users, or comply with law.
Enforcement and Reporting
We may warn, rate-limit, suspend, terminate, suppress messages, revoke access to specific features, preserve evidence, or report activity to providers or authorities where appropriate.
Report abuse, suspicious calls or messages, unwanted email, credential misuse, payment fraud, or provider-rule violations to support@lol.gl. Include account details, sender or recipient address, phone number, provider name, timestamps, message IDs, call SIDs, screenshots, headers, URLs, or webhook IDs when available.
These pages describe lol.gl public policies for product use, privacy, communications, billing, and third-party provider review. We keep the public contact and policy links stable for users and external platforms.
