Communications Policy

Last Updated • Apr 28, 2026

This page gives reviewers and users the one-page summary for how Ava Associates LLC uses email, SMS, and phone calls for lol.gl. Channel-specific details are also published in the Email Policy, Phone Calls Policy, and SMS Program Terms.

Channel Summary

Email, SMS, and phone calls are used for account access, onboarding, billing, security, support, service notices, user-requested operational updates, and product workflows configured by the user.

We do not use lol.gl communications for purchased-list outreach, scraped-list campaigns, unrelated third-party marketing, lead generation blasts, robocall campaigns, phishing, impersonation, harassment, or evasion of provider rules.

Where a communication feature is optional, the opt-in or setup path is presented separately from account creation or purchase unless a message is necessary to operate the service, secure an account, complete a transaction, or respond to a user request.

Consent and User Control

SMS requires the dedicated SMS consent path or a user-initiated service conversation where applicable, and STOP/HELP/START behavior is described in the SMS Program Terms.

Phone calls that may use an AI or automated voice require separate consent or a user-requested call flow where applicable. Users can opt out by product settings when available, by telling us during a support interaction, or by contacting support.

Email used for account, security, billing, support, and transactional service notices is sent only as needed for the service. Marketing email, if introduced, will include an unsubscribe path.

Review-Friendly Use Case

Provider forms should describe lol.gl as a managed AI operator runtime that sends account, support, security, billing, onboarding, service, and user-requested operational communications. It is not a cold marketing platform.

For public review URLs, use lol.gl/privacy, lol.gl/terms, lol.gl/email-policy, lol.gl/phone-policy, lol.gl/sms-terms, and this page. The public support, abuse, privacy, and compliance contact is support@lol.gl.

Automation Safeguards

Agents and automations do not receive blanket authority to contact arbitrary recipients. Communication tools remain tied to user configuration, account permissions, provider limits, consent records, suppression controls, rate limits, and abuse monitoring.

We may limit, suspend, or disable communication features when activity creates legal, safety, deliverability, carrier, mailbox provider, or platform-review risk.

These pages describe lol.gl public policies for product use, privacy, communications, billing, and third-party provider review. We keep the public contact and policy links stable for users and external platforms.
