Email Policy

lol.gl uses email for account access, onboarding, billing, security, support, service notices, and user-requested operational updates. Email is sent by or on behalf of Ava Associates LLC for the lol.gl service at lol.gl.
Sender Identity
The public support and abuse contact for email is support@lol.gl. Messages may come from lol.gl or Ava Associates LLC domains configured for the product, such as support, account, notification, or transactional sender addresses. We use authenticated sending where available, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and provider-level bounce and complaint handling.
The product does not use deceptive sender names, spoof another company's brand, or hide the operational reason for a message.
What We Send
Email is limited to account access, signup and onboarding, billing, security, support, service notices, user-requested operational updates, and product workflows configured by the user.
Representative examples include login or passwordless access messages, account setup notices, billing receipts or payment failure notices, support ticket replies, security alerts, provider review follow-ups, and user-requested operational reminders from an agent workflow.
We do not send purchased-list email, scraped-list email, cold outbound campaigns, affiliate blasts, debt collection, political persuasion, or unrelated third-party marketing through lol.gl.
Consent, Unsubscribe, and Suppression
Transactional and account email is sent only where needed to provide the service, protect an account, complete a user-requested action, or meet legal and billing obligations.
If marketing email is introduced, it will include an unsubscribe path. Users and mailbox providers can also contact support@lol.gl for suppression, complaint, or abuse handling. Suppression requests are honored at the account or address level as applicable.
Hard bounces, repeated soft bounces, complaint events, and direct opt-out or abuse requests may suppress future email to the affected address even when a user account remains open.
Agent and Automation Safeguards
Agents do not receive blanket permission to send unrestricted email. Email capabilities are tied to user configuration, account permissions, provider limits, abuse monitoring, and suppression controls.
High-risk uses such as spam, phishing, impersonation, harassment, purchased-list outreach, credential collection, malware delivery, and evasion of provider limits are prohibited and may result in suspension.
Bounces, Complaints, and Abuse Reports
We monitor delivery failures and provider signals where available, and we use them to reduce unwanted or failed email. Repeated complaints, bounces, or abuse indicators may limit or suspend sending.
Report unwanted email, suspicious activity, or delivery problems to support@lol.gl. Include message headers where possible so we can investigate the sender, recipient, timestamp, and provider message ID.
These pages describe lol.gl public policies for product use, privacy, communications, billing, and third-party provider review. We keep the public contact and policy links stable for users and external platforms.
