Terms of Service
Last Updated • Apr 28, 2026
These terms govern use of the lol.gl service published at lol.gl and provided by Ava Associates LLC. They cover product use, accounts, billing, communications, integrations, and acceptable use. Additional SMS-specific rules are published in the SMS Program Terms.
Agreement To These Terms
By creating an account, accessing the service, or using a feature (including email, phone, or SMS where offered), users agree to these terms and the policies linked from the product and this site, including the Privacy Policy, Communications Policy, Email Policy, Phone Calls Policy, SMS Program Terms, and Acceptable Use and Abuse Policy.
If the service is used on behalf of a company, the person using it represents that they are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" in these terms includes that organization.
We may mark material changes with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a material change, where the law so allows, is acceptance. For significant changes to messaging consent practices, we will follow a reasonable notice path where the law and our product capabilities require it.
The Service and Acceptable Use
lol.gl provides software, runtime, and optional integrations so users can run and steer an AI "operator" in line with the product. Features can change, be tested in preview, and depend on third-party networks, models, and external providers.
Users agree to use the service only for lawful purposes, without violating export control, sanctions, fraud, or intellectual-property laws, and not to use messaging or phone features in a way that is abusive, harassing, or inconsistent with the registered use case we represent to operators (for example: no unregistered cold marketing blasts, no SHAFT or illegal content, no circumvention of STOP, and no spoofing of another company's brand name).
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content they or their automations create, the configuration of their agents, and the numbers and recipients they add. Users are responsible for credentials and for promptly notifying us of a suspected account compromise.
We may suspend, rate-limit, or terminate service for breach of these terms, risk to the platform, legal requirement, or non-payment, subject to the notice we can reasonably provide under the circumstances. Contact support@lol.gl to appeal or clarify.
Third-Party Providers and User Credentials
The service can connect to external platforms such as model APIs, media generation APIs, cloud infrastructure, object storage, databases, payments, identity systems, domain and deployment providers, and user-supplied API keys. Access depends on the user's own account, permissions, provider terms, and provider approval where required.
Users must only connect accounts and credentials they are authorized to use. Users may not use lol.gl to evade provider quotas, safety policies, abuse controls, copyright or licensing limits, payment rules, export controls, or account review decisions.
Where a provider requires review, allowlisting, marketplace approval, production access, or domain verification, users are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping their product use consistent with the approved use case.
Email, SMS, Voice, and Lawful Communications
Summary
Email is used for account access, onboarding, billing, security, support, and service notices. We do not use purchased lists, scraped addresses, or third-party lead lists for outbound email. If marketing email is introduced, it will use lawful opt-in or customer-relationship grounds and include an unsubscribe path.
SMS and voice are optional communication channels. The complete SMS program description, opt-in description, message samples, and STOP/HELP/START rules are in the dedicated SMS Program Terms. Phone and AI voice rules are published in the Phone Calls Policy.
Users must not use email, SMS, or voice features for spam, harassment, phishing, impersonation, unlawful marketing, purchased-list outreach, or any message flow that bypasses consent, opt-out, suppression, or rate-limit controls.
No Guarantee and Risk
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent allowed by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except any that cannot be disclaimed in the applicable jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, in no event shall the aggregate liability of the company, its owners, and suppliers arising out of the service exceed the amount paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, for a free or trial plan, one hundred U.S. dollars, except for liability that cannot be capped by law. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages or lost data except where the law disallows that exclusion for consumers.
Disputes and Governing Law
These terms and any dispute arising from the service or the relationship between users and us are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except that the U.S. federal Arbitration Act or other federal law may apply where it governs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, users agree that the state and federal courts located in California shall have exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue for any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or the service, except: (1) a U.S. consumer may bring an individual action in their home state in small-claims court if the matter qualifies; (2) nothing in this section limits a non-waivable right to arbitrate or assert a claim under a statute; and (3) we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property, security, or abuse response.
For informal resolution before a formal action, contact support@lol.gl with the subject "Terms dispute" and a short description. We will try in good faith to work toward resolution on U.S. business days before escalating.
